Lapping, Grinding and Milling. The precision of our gears reaches 5-8 degree.

Heat treatment: Quenching after carburization or high-temperature carbonitriding.

Quality Control: We have a variety of major gear testing equipment, such as Gleason Bevel Gear

Inspection Instrument, Mahr Gear Measuring Center, ZEISS 3-coordinate detector. Strict testing

will be well conducted to the whole production process from raw material to finished products.
